My name is Melody Thielmann, and I have worked in the Billing Department for Progress Listening & Learning Center since March 2019.  I also worked as an RBT for Progress from 2016-2021. I am the mother to two young adult sons on the autism spectrum.  Both received ABA therapy through Progress as they were growing up.  My husband retired as a Major from Fort Rucker, AL in 2022 after 20+ years of service covering 2 branches of the military.  Our family moved back to the Midwest in 2024, to be near both sides of our family and near the college that one of the boys is attending.  His brother maintains a successful part time job delivering groceries.

Outside of my remote billing work, I enjoy life in the woods on a plot of land with my family.  I was able to reconnect with friends that I grew up with, and relive many shared memories.  I loved the 14 (combined) years that we were stationed in Alabama, but I wouldn't trade experiencing all four seasons each year for anything.
