Hi, I’m Lori Atkins! I am a single parent mother with three children. Their age ranges 9 to 15 years old, both of my nine year old children have Autism Spectrum Disorder. I decided to obtain my Registered Behavior Technician certification to be more knowledgeable about autism and the ways to help my children the best.

God now has allowed this certification to become a career. I have five years in the field of Register Behavior Technician. I have now been with Progress Therapy Center and provide Applied Behavior Analysis to children and their families through the company for one year.

My experience working with the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in the school and home setting. Over the course of my career I have worked in several school systems with all levels of special needs children.

When I am not at work I love spending time with my children watching them smile no matter what we are doing. Another thing that I love to do is educate people on Autism Spectrum Disorder whether it is work in my local church or girl scout. I believe in building strong relationships with the families I serve and creating a positive, inclusive environment for all.
