Amaria Boyett, MS, BCBA
MS, BCBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, 2024) with over two decades of experience supporting individuals with special needs and promoting inclusive practices. My passion for this field began in 1999, working in a state group home program providing Client Behavior Intervention (CBI) and Supportive Employment services for individuals with Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury and Developmental Delays, as well as serving as Program Coordinator for their therapeutic horseback riding initiative. I was honored to help establish the first Special Olympics equestrian team in the county—an achievement that continues to inspire my advocacy for community inclusion and meaningful engagement.

Since 2019, I've been dedicated to the special needs community, where I’ve applied my skills across diverse settings to empower individuals and support families. My educational foundation includes a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mary Baldwin University (2022), and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Troy University (2020), where I graduated Summa Cum Laude, was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and was named Outstanding Undergraduate in my program.

Today, I remain committed to creating inclusive environments, shaping effective behavior support strategies, and helping every individual reach their fullest potential.

Outside of work, I find joy in gardening and spending time with my family, along with raising, training, and competing with horses. I have a lifelong passion for equine therapy, which continues to inspire and inform my professional path.
